The basics
What is TM Festivals?
An independent electronic music promoter running three events in 2026: RIVERBEAT in Eau Claire on August 29, METROPULSE in Brooklyn on October 14 and NEON TIDE in Miami on December 9.
Are all three events the same?
No, deliberately. Eau Claire is a one day outdoor festival on a river. Brooklyn is a single indoor night in a terminal building. Miami is an eleven hour bayfront event in December. Same standard of production, three completely different formats.
Can I buy a pass for all three?
Not for the 2026 season. Eau Claire sold out before a season pass would have made sense. We are looking at a season pass for 2027 and registered fans will hear about it first.
What genres do you book?
Melodic techno, progressive, house in most of its forms, afro and organic house, drum and bass, dubstep, garage and festival trance. Each event weights those differently based on the room and the city.
When are set times published?
Well ahead of the date, and they are already up for all three events on the lineup page. We think publishing late to drive app downloads is a bad trade against people being able to plan their night.
Do you do camping?
Not in 2026. All three sites are urban or near urban with hotels within a short ride, and none of them have the footprint for a campground.
Is there an app?
No, and we are not building one to look modern. The site works on a phone, the set times are on it, and you can add any event to your calendar in one tap.
How do I contact a human?
Email hello@tmfestivals.live for anything general, tickets@tmfestivals.live for ticketing, access@tmfestivals.live for accessibility and press@tmfestivals.live for media. A person reads all four.

RIVERBEAT
Every tier sold out on August 3, 2026. Join the waitlist for released holds.
Is RIVERBEAT really sold out?
Yes. All four tiers cleared on August 3, 2026. The only tickets that will exist between now and the gate are released production holds and verified resale, and both go to the waitlist in order.
How does the waitlist work?
Join it with your email. When holds release we notify the list in the order people joined, and you get a private link with a 30 minute window to buy at face value. We do not sell the list and we do not release holds publicly.
Can I buy from a reseller?
Only through the official verified resale link on this page. Every ticket is a rotating barcode tied to an account. Screenshots, PDFs and printed copies bought from third parties will not scan at the gate and we cannot help you at that point.
What is the age policy?
All ages. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult 21 or over. Anyone drinking needs a valid government photo ID, and IDs are checked at the bar, not at the gate.
Is there re-entry?
GA+ and above have re-entry. General Admission is single entry once you scan in.
What happens if it rains?
The festival runs rain or shine. We stop programming only for lightning within eight miles or sustained winds above 40 mph, in which case we hold in place, clear the stages and resume when the cell passes. Tickets are not refunded for weather delays.
Can I bring a bag?
Clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a small clutch up to 5 by 8 inches. Standard hydration packs are allowed if they are empty at the gate. Non clear backpacks are not allowed.
Is the site cashless?
Yes. Tap card, phone or watch everywhere on site. There are two ATMs near the main gate as a fallback.

METROPULSE
Register now. Presale codes go to registered fans before anything is public.
When do tickets go on sale?
The on sale date has not been announced. Register your email on this page and you will get the presale code and a 48 hour head start before general on sale. Registration is free and does not obligate you to buy.
Does registering guarantee me a ticket?
No. Registration guarantees you the presale code and early access to the window. It does not reserve inventory. Presale for this room typically clears a large share of the allocation.
Why a Wednesday?
Because the building is available midweek, the trains run all night, and the walk out at four in the morning is calm instead of chaotic. Program the night correctly and the day of the week stops mattering.
Is this event 18+ or 21+?
Entry is 18+ with a valid government photo ID. Anyone drinking must be 21+ and will be banded at the door. Expired IDs and photos of IDs are not accepted.
Is there re-entry?
No. This is a single entry event. Once you scan in, leaving ends your night. Plan your smoke breaks around the two outdoor areas on site.
What is the bag policy?
Small bags only, up to 10 by 8 inches, and every bag is searched at the door. Coat check is available and is included with GA+ and above.
Will the lineup change?
Set times are confirmed close to the date and are subject to change. If a headliner cancels outright we announce a replacement or open a refund window, and we will say which one within 72 hours.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Step free access to all three rooms via elevator, an accessible viewing platform in The Terminal and on Rooftop 14, and accessible restrooms on every level. Email access@tmfestivals.live before the date so we can have a host meet you at the door.

Is it warm enough for an outdoor event in December?
Yes, and that is the point. Miami sits in the low seventies after dark in December with low humidity. Bring one layer for the breeze off the bay after midnight.

What if there is a storm?
The event runs rain or shine. We hold programming only for lightning within eight miles or sustained winds above 40 mph, then resume once the cell passes. December storms on the bay are usually short.
Is the site accessible?
Yes. The grounds are flat and hard packed with accessible viewing platforms at all three stages, accessible restrooms and a dedicated entrance. Email access@tmfestivals.live in advance and we will meet you at the gate.
