Terms
The rules that apply when you buy a ticket to a TM Festivals event or use this website.
Last updated August 8, 2026
Buying a ticket
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend a specific event on a specific date. It is not property and it does not grant any other right.
Tickets are limited to four per account per event. We may cancel and refund orders that appear to breach that limit, use automated purchasing, or use mismatched payment and identity details.
Prices shown on this site are face value in US dollars. Service fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Expected prices for events that are not yet on sale may change before launch.
Resale and transfer
You can transfer a ticket to another person for free through your account. Transfer moves the ticket and voids your barcode.
Official resale is at face value plus the original fees, through your account, and the ticket goes to the next person on the waitlist.
Tickets bought from unauthorised third parties may be void. If a barcode has been resold outside our system we cannot verify it, cannot admit it and cannot refund it. This applies no matter what you paid.
Refunds, cancellation and postponement
All sales are final except as set out here or as required by law.
If we cancel an event outright, you receive a full refund of face value and fees, automatically, to the original payment method, within 30 days.
If we postpone an event, your ticket is valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, request a refund within 14 days of the announcement and you receive face value and fees back.
If a performance is delayed, shortened or a stage is closed for weather, safety or technical reasons, the event has taken place and tickets are not refunded. Lineup changes, including a headliner cancelling, are not on their own grounds for a refund. If a headliner cancels we will say within 72 hours whether we are announcing a replacement or opening a refund window.
Entry and conduct
Entry requires a valid ticket and, where the event is age restricted, a valid unexpired government photo ID. Photos of IDs are not accepted.
Everyone and every bag is searched at the gate. Refusing a search means no entry and no refund.
We may refuse entry or remove you without refund for harassment, assault, slurs or targeted abuse, unauthorised selling on site, tampering with a wristband, using a ticket not issued to you, climbing structures or entering restricted areas, or behaviour that endangers you or anyone else.
Filming and photography
By entering you agree that you may be filmed or photographed and that this footage may be used to promote TM Festivals events, without payment. If you would rather not be filmed, tell any crew member with a camera and they will work around you.
Personal photography and phone video are welcome. Cameras with detachable lenses, drones and any recording for commercial use require accreditation from our press team in advance.
Risk
Live events are loud and crowded. Sustained exposure to amplified music can permanently damage your hearing. We hand out free earplugs at every gate and we would genuinely rather you used them.
You attend at your own risk and you are responsible for your own property. Report anything unsafe to staff immediately.
Website
Lineups, set times, prices and site details on this website are published in good faith and may change. We correct errors as soon as we find them and we announce material changes by email rather than silently.
Content on this site belongs to TM Festivals or its licensors. You are welcome to share and link to it. You may not resell it or present it as your own.
