Ticketing policy

Face value or nothing

Scalping is a choice promoters make. Here is how we make it hard.

Rotating barcodes

Your ticket lives in your account and the barcode rotates. Screenshots, PDFs and printouts do not scan. There is nothing useful to sell on a third party site.

Official resale only

Changed plans? List it through your account at face value plus the original fees. It goes to the next person on the waitlist. No markup, no auction.

Waitlist runs in order

Released holds go out in join order, not by who refreshes fastest. Each person gets a private link and a 30 minute window before it moves down the list.

Purchase limits

Four tickets per account per event, verified by payment method and device. Bulk purchases are cancelled and refunded, and the account is closed.

Presale before public

Registered fans get 48 hours before general on sale. Most of the allocation clears in that window, which is the point.

Fees shown before you pay

Full price including fees is shown on the first checkout screen, not the last. No drip pricing.

What does "not on sale yet" actually mean?
The on sale date has not been announced. Prices shown for New York and Miami are expected face value and may move slightly before launch. Register and you get the code and the date before anyone else.
Is registering the same as buying?
No. Registration is free, takes one field, and puts you in the presale window. It does not reserve a ticket and it does not charge you anything.
RIVERBEAT is sold out. Is there any way in?
The waitlist. Production holds get released as the site plan finalises, and people resell through their accounts. Both go to the waitlist in order at face value. We do not do door sales.
Can I transfer a ticket to a friend?
Yes, free, through your account. The transfer moves the ticket to their account and invalidates your barcode. Do not send screenshots, they do not work.
What are the fees?
Service fees are calculated at checkout and shown on the first screen along with the total. They typically land between 12 and 16 percent of face value depending on the tier and payment method.
Do you offer payment plans?
On VIP and Platinum tiers, yes, split across the months between purchase and the event date. Payment plan tickets deliver once the final instalment clears.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final except where the law says otherwise. If we cancel an event outright you get a full refund including fees, automatically, to the original payment method. If we postpone, your ticket moves to the new date and you can request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
I bought from a reseller and the barcode will not scan.
We cannot help at the gate, and we are not able to verify a ticket we did not issue to that account. This is exactly why the official resale exists. Buy through us.
