Know before you go

Info

Policies, safety, accessibility and the practical stuff. These apply at all three 2026 events unless an event page says otherwise.

Entry

Bags, entry
and what to bring

Every bag is searched. Clear bags move through the line in seconds, everything else takes minutes. That is the whole reason for the policy.

Allowed

  • Clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches
  • Small clutch up to 5 by 8 inches
  • Empty hydration packs
  • Empty non glass water bottles
  • Sunscreen in non aerosol containers
  • Earplugs, and please use them
  • Phones, cameras without detachable lenses
  • Portable phone chargers
  • Prescription medication in a labeled container

Not allowed

  • Non clear backpacks
  • Glass of any kind
  • Outside food and drink
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses
  • Drones
  • Selfie sticks and totems over 6 feet
  • Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
  • Illegal substances
  • Chairs, umbrellas and pop up shade
  • Pets, other than documented service animals
Bring ID even if you are not drinking. New York and Miami are 18+ events and ID is checked at the gate, not at the bar. Expired IDs and photos of IDs are not accepted anywhere.

Safety

Staffed, not posted

A safety policy on a website does nothing. These are people on site for the length of the event.

Water and heat

Free refill stations at every stage on every site. Empty hydration packs are welcome. If someone is overheating, medical is closer than you think and nobody gets in trouble for asking.

Medical

Licensed medical teams on site with response targets under 90 seconds anywhere on the grounds. Look for the white and green flags, or tell any staff member in a marked vest.

Harm reduction

Trained harm reduction teams work the floor at every event. They are not security and they are not police. Talk to them.

Zero tolerance for harassment

Report it to any staff member or text the on site line printed on your wristband. We remove people and we do not negotiate about it.

Text a human

Every wristband carries a live text line staffed for the entire event. Lost friend, unsafe situation, someone in trouble, anything. It reaches a person, not a bot.

Accessibility

Accessible viewing platforms, step free routes, accessible restrooms and companion entry at all three events. Email access@tmfestivals.live ahead of the date and a host will meet you at the gate.

Accessibility

Tell us you are coming and we will meet you at the gate.

Every TM Festivals event has accessible viewing platforms at every stage, step free routes across the whole site, accessible restrooms and companion entry at no extra cost.

Email access@tmfestivals.live

Viewing platforms

Raised, staffed platforms with a clear sightline at every stage. Space for a wheelchair user plus one companion, first come on the day, and we hold capacity back rather than filling them early.

Companion tickets

A personal assistant or companion enters free with a ticketed guest who needs support. Email us at least seven days before the date and we arrange it, no medical documentation required.

Sensory and quiet space

A low stimulus quiet room at every event, away from the stages, with seating, water, ear defenders available to borrow and staff who understand why you are there.

Getting around the site

Step free routes are marked on the site map and on every wayfinding sign. Eau Claire and Miami are outdoor sites with hard packed accessible paths. Brooklyn is indoors with elevator access to all three rooms.

Medication and medical devices

Bring prescription medication in a labelled container. Medical devices, cooling packs and food for a medical condition are all allowed through the gate. Tell the search team and they will handle it discreetly.

On site

Cashless, wristbands
and lost property

Cashless everywhere

Tap your card, phone or watch at every bar, food stall and merch counter. Two ATMs near the main gate at each site as a fallback, and they will have a line.

Wristbands

Scan your ticket at the gate and you get a wristband for the day. It carries the on site text line and your tier. Do not cut it, and do not lose it, because replacements need account verification.

Lost and found

Anything handed in goes to the info tent during the event and to our lost property system for 30 days after. Report it online and we will match it and ship it to you.

Lockers

Available at all three sites, bookable in advance and included with VIP and Platinum. They fit a jacket, a bag and a charger, and you can open them as many times as you like.

Phone charging

Free charging lockers plus a battery swap service near the info tent. Signal drops when a crowd peaks, so agree a meeting point with your group before you go in.

Water

Free refill stations at every stage on every site. Bring an empty non glass bottle or an empty hydration pack. Drink more than you think you need.

Code of conduct

Short version:
do not be the reason
someone leaves early.

Everyone at a TM Festivals event has the same right to be there and to enjoy it. Harassment, groping, slurs, aggression and filming people without consent are grounds for immediate removal without a refund, and we do not negotiate about it.

If something happens to you or you see it happen to someone else, tell any staff member in a marked vest or text the number printed on your wristband. It reaches a person for the entire event. You will be believed, and you will not be made to argue your case in the middle of a crowd.

Our security and harm reduction teams are trained on this specifically. Harm reduction staff are not police and are not security. If you or a friend is in trouble, talking to them is the fastest way to get help and nobody gets in trouble for asking.

Removal without refund applies to:

  • Harassment or assault of any kind, including unwanted contact in a crowd
  • Slurs or targeted abuse based on race, gender, sexuality, disability or religion
  • Selling anything on site without authorisation
  • Tampering with a wristband, or using a ticket that was not issued to you
  • Climbing structures, entering restricted areas or interfering with production
  • Refusing a search at the gate

Report anything after the fact to hello@tmfestivals.live. Incidents involving safety are reviewed by a named person, not a queue.
