The event

One day, three stages, outdoors on the water.

RIVERBEAT is a one day outdoor festival built on the flat riverfront grounds where the Eau Claire and Chippewa rivers meet. The site is walkable end to end in about eight minutes, which means you can catch the back half of a set on one stage and still make the drop on another.

The programming runs from open format afternoon house through melodic techno at golden hour and into a bass heavy close. The main stage faces east so the sun sets behind the crowd and lights the water, which is the whole reason we built the site this way.

Eau Claire is a small city that takes music seriously. Local crews, local vendors and a river that does most of the production work for us.

3 stages

The Confluence, Northwoods and The Boiler. Nine hours of programming with almost no overlap between headline sets.

On the water

The main bowl sits on a natural slope facing the river. Sightlines from the back are as good as the front.

Sunset at 7:42 PM

The Northwoods stage is timed so the golden hour set lands exactly at sundown behind the treeline.

Local kitchen row

Fourteen vendors, eleven of them from the Chippewa Valley. Full vegan and gluten free options at every stall.

Water and heat

Medical

Licensed medical teams on site with response targets under 90 seconds anywhere on the grounds. Look for the white and green flags, or tell any staff member in a marked vest.

Harm reduction

Trained harm reduction teams work the floor at every event. They are not security and they are not police. Talk to them.

Zero tolerance for harassment

Report it to any staff member or text the on site line printed on your wristband. We remove people and we do not negotiate about it.

Text a human

Every wristband carries a live text line staffed for the entire event. Lost friend, unsafe situation, someone in trouble, anything. It reaches a person, not a bot.

Accessibility

Accessible viewing platforms, step free routes, accessible restrooms and companion entry at all three events. Email access@tmfestivals.live ahead of the date and a host will meet you at the gate.

Getting there and back

Eau Claire logistics

Eau Claire sits about 90 minutes east of Minneapolis and two hours northwest of Madison. Most people drive in the morning of and drive out the next day.

Driving

Take I-94 to Exit 68 or Exit 70, then follow event signage from the north side of downtown. Expect 30 to 45 minutes of queue between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Parking

General parking is $25 per car, prepaid only, in the downtown ramps and the fairgrounds overflow lot. Both are a 10 to 15 minute walk to the gate. VIP and Platinum parking is included with those tickets.

Shuttles

Free shuttles run every 12 minutes from four downtown pickup points starting at 1:00 PM, and continuously from 11:30 PM until 2:00 AM after the close.

Rideshare

One designated rideshare zone on the east side of the grounds. Pin it before you lose signal, because cell service in the bowl gets thin at peak.

Flying in

Eau Claire Chippewa Valley Regional (EAU) is 10 minutes from the site with limited service. Minneapolis Saint Paul (MSP) is 95 minutes by car and is what most out of state fans use.

Where to stay

Downtown Eau Claire hotels are walkable to the shuttle points and sell out roughly six weeks ahead. Camping is not available at this site.

Questions

RIVERBEAT
FAQ

Still stuck? Email tickets@tmfestivals.live and a human answers.

Is RIVERBEAT really sold out?
Yes. All four tiers cleared on August 3, 2026. The only tickets that will exist between now and the gate are released production holds and verified resale, and both go to the waitlist in order.
How does the waitlist work?
Join it with your email. When holds release we notify the list in the order people joined, and you get a private link with a 30 minute window to buy at face value. We do not sell the list and we do not release holds publicly.
Can I buy from a reseller?
Only through the official verified resale link on this page. Every ticket is a rotating barcode tied to an account. Screenshots, PDFs and printed copies bought from third parties will not scan at the gate and we cannot help you at that point.
What is the age policy?
All ages. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult 21 or over. Anyone drinking needs a valid government photo ID, and IDs are checked at the bar, not at the gate.
Is there re-entry?
GA+ and above have re-entry. General Admission is single entry once you scan in.
What happens if it rains?
The festival runs rain or shine. We stop programming only for lightning within eight miles or sustained winds above 40 mph, in which case we hold in place, clear the stages and resume when the cell passes. Tickets are not refunded for weather delays.
Can I bring a bag?
Clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a small clutch up to 5 by 8 inches. Standard hydration packs are allowed if they are empty at the gate. Non clear backpacks are not allowed.
Is the site cashless?
Yes. Tap card, phone or watch everywhere on site. There are two ATMs near the main gate as a fallback.

Sold out, but holds do release.

The waitlist is the only route to a face value ticket between now and the gate.
